Shipping and delivery costs:

Delivery costs for products ordered from our online store include packaging, material and shipping costs. You will see the exact shipping costs when you start the payment process when making a purchase. The packages are mainly delivered via the Finnish post office, but some of the products come from our European warehouse.

What if my product is damaged or missing?

We are very sorry if your product is damaged or incomplete. You can make a complaint about the product to our customer service by emailing nilakuppa@gmail.com

Can I return a used product?

We reserve the right to refuse a return due to a damaged product or hygiene reasons.

If we refuse the return for these reasons, the product will be returned to you from our warehouse and no money will be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Products that have been tried on to assess whether they fit are not considered used.

I received a product that I did not order
