Terms of delivery

These terms of delivery are valid from September 25 , 2022.

Online store

Nilakauppa sells products online to individuals of legal age. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering

Order products in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service.

The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. All customer information is treated confidentially.

When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

Payment and payment methods

Payment services include Klarna, Paypal and Mastercard, Visa, GPay, ApplePay and ShopPay.

Nilakauppa works as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. Nilakauppa, together with its partners, takes care of the legal obligations related to the trade as well as other obligations defined by itself. Order and payment confirmation

When we have received your order and payment, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which will show your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation if you have to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs

Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. We present an estimate of the future delivery costs in the shopping cart according to the primary delivery method in use. The most common delivery method we use is Posti.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. The most common delivery time is about 5-14 days. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. Nilakauppa informs about known unusual delivery times on its website.

Return conditions

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The deadline for cancellation ends 14 days after the last batch of goods has been received or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment the order is received.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous way by email.

In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of using the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will return all payments received from you, including delivery costs.

You must send the goods back without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if you send the goods back before the 14-day deadline expires.

Unclaimed package

Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. For unclaimed packages for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the delivery costs.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.
